Barry Callebaut AG: Boone, Peter

Barry Callebaut AG, Zurich, Switzerland, has appointed Peter Boone as its new chief innovation officer (CIO). In this position, Mr. Boone will be a member of the executive committee of the company, and will report directly to the CEO of the company, Juergen Steinemann. Mr. Steinemann remarked that Mr. Boone, “brings a best-in-class strategic marketing background in B-to-C business, and combines this with extensive experience also in B-to-B, innovation and gourmet areas. All this fits well with the Chief Innovation Officer’s role.”
